Do you offer support for iOS devices like iPhone and iPad?
Yes. We offer support for mobile devices for our clients who use any model of Mac as a main computer,
however we do not offer support for mobile devices for clients without a Mac.
Do you offer support for Windows?
Our primary focus are Mac users. If you need a Windows-only app for your work,
we can help you make it running on your Mac, however we do not offer support for Windows-only users.
I would like to switch from Windows to a Mac, can you help me migrate my data?
You came to the right place, majority of our clients are ex-Windows users.
How do access client’s computer remotely?
We use the popular TeamViewer application for this purpose. It’s free and takes only a minute to install.
Besides Mac technical support, for what apps I can ask for a deeper knowledge / support?
DTP – Desk Top Publishing – Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, LightRoom, 3D – Cinema 4D, FileMaker etc.
Do you offer diagnostic and hardware repair service?
We are well familiar with symptoms of hardware issues. If your Mac is still functional,
we can make a diagnostic and recommend a nearby Apple service if needed.
